Hey i added you, i found this post thru hours and hours of searching for help with the steering using my xb1 controller. I fiddled with joystick sensitivity to see if things improved, but nope. Several updates later no Rockstar updates towards steering sensitivity or left stick deadzone (i mean wtf, those are basics for a controller supported game!)

The PC controller settings are ♥♥♥♥, using the exact same pad I used on consoles, feels nothing like it (PC worse, big deadzones, no linearity for small turns and too damn twitchy). The software allows you to add "anti-deadzone" (i found 19-21% seems to be on the money, thats a big deadzone that I'm removing rockstar!!!) and make the sticks less sensitive in the central xxx% (I usually make it less sensitive for the first 60% of stick movement, and the last 40% will build up sensitivity for quick turning). I fixed this myself using a program called x360ce. Aiming is extremely difficult this way, is there any way to turn the sensitivity down 2 comments. I‘m loving the vice city port but the right joystick is too sensitive.

Hey there I‘m not sure if that’s the right subreddit but here we go. After a couple hours im getting better, also first person view was so. Driving in 3rd person feels exactly the same, you just need to get used to it.
